Panaderia Coatzingo

Inspired by their hometown of Coatzingo, Puebla, Mexico, Panaderia Coatzingo brings traditional pastries and desserts from this small town to South Los Angeles. Coatzingo is centered around a beautiful church, Parroquia San Pedro Apostol. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant yellow tiled domes and Spanish colonial architecture of the church, this redesign builds a modern day temple for sweet bread and Coatzingo imported goods.
